The client is seeking a strategic IT leader to direct and develop their Distributed Order Management (DOM) capabilities. This high-visibility leadership role is crucial to enhancing customer experience, managing order commitments, and ensuring enterprise execution by sitting at the nexus of technology, operations, and business strategy. The selected individual will define and implement the strategy and long-term vision for DOM, aligning it with business and operational priorities while owning the entire platform, including its architecture, roadmap, implementation, operations, and continuous improvement.
The role involves leading solution discovery and design workshops to convert complex challenges into actionable plans, driving modernization initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, automation, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.
