The Vice President, Development position at the client involves collaborating with JA Charter offices to create a National Integrated Development Plan aimed at diversifying and expanding the donor portfolio. This role also includes overseeing the client's signature event, the Canadian Business Hall of Fame. The client is a member of JA Worldwide, focusing on preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship through hands-on learning experiences. With a goal of reaching one million students annually, the client's digital strategy positions them for significant growth in Canada.

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President, Development will play a key role in engaging corporate, community, and individual stakeholders to support JA's program delivery. The client's JA Campus digital platform will enhance program delivery and training options for volunteers, ultimately expanding student reach across Canada. The ideal candidate for this position will be results-oriented, donor-centered, and possess strong leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives and foster collaboration among staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Development include actively participating in the client's senior leadership team, building trust and effectiveness among staff, and aligning operational plans with resource development goals.
