Our client is focused on unlocking private capital for a resilient climate future by providing financial decision makers with the tools, analysis, and skills needed to fund climate solutions. Their work involves understanding the state of the climate finance ecosystem, developing open and accessible resources for financial decision makers, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive corporate action and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. They aim to address barriers such as a lack of science-based guidance, poor information flows, and insufficient climate capacity in the financial community through strategic pillars focused on establishing frameworks, providing analysis, and building capacity.

Our client is establishing its inaugural Board of Directors, seeking individuals with knowledge and experience in finance, philanthropy, impact investing, climate science, data/tech, and organizational development. Board members will provide strategic leadership, promote and connect our client to funders and partners, ensure legal and financial compliance, and represent our client at public engagements. The Board will have a minimum of three members, including the Chair, with a term of three years and the possibility of serving an additional term. Board members will be properly remunerated for their time and efforts, with reimbursement for expenses related to meetings and events.
