The Tisserand Health Center is seeking a Medical Director to oversee the health center's operations, with a focus on providing recovery stays for deaf patients and oncological follow-up care. The role involves collaborating closely with commercial management, ensuring quality assurance, leading and developing staff, optimizing processes, and participating in investment planning. The Medical Director will also be responsible for medical care of spa patients, including processing applications, prescribing therapies, and providing medical treatment.

Qualified candidates for the position should have completed training as a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation or a related specialty, with additional training or experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Management experience is required to take on the role of medical director, along with a spa doctor and emergency doctor diploma, and hygiene training is an advantage. Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, a high level of personal responsibility, and commitment are also important qualities for this position.
