The client is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and scale their engineering team during a period of rapid growth. The responsibilities of the role include scaling the team from 9 to 30+ engineers, owning the technical strategy and architecture of an AI-driven cloud optimization platform, and fostering a high-ownership, high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have 9-15 years of experience, leadership over 15+ engineers, and experience scaling teams at a $30M+ ARR startup or Series A to C growth. They should also have strong backend and infrastructure expertise, experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure, and be hands-on while able to dive into technical challenges when needed.
The Head of Engineering will be offered a base salary of $180-250K, along with a meaningful equity package.
