The client is seeking a Group Board Member who will also serve as the Vice Chair and chair the Governance and Remuneration Committee. The client is a national provider of affordable housing, care, and support services, with a vision to transform the lives of the people they house and revitalize their neighborhoods. The ideal candidate will be an experienced non-executive with strategic skills, preferably with experience in complex, regulated businesses. Candidates with skills in finance, IT, or commercial ventures are also encouraged to apply.
