The organization works with students facing various challenges such as homelessness, foster care, family rejection, and more, to help them thrive in college and beyond. The Wily Network offers clinical coaching, financial assistance, community-building support, and networking opportunities to ensure the success of its Scholars.

As the organization approaches its 10th anniversary, it is seeking an Executive Director to lead its programs, staff, and expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational leadership, team management, and integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. The Executive Director will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan, building relationships with donors and partners, fostering a supportive team culture, and ensuring the organization's financial sustainability. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with a salary range of $170,000 to $190,000, and is based in Newton, MA.
