the client is seeking a Controller focused on Construction & Real Estate Development. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations and supporting the financial management needs of construction and development activities, ensuring accurate reporting and sound internal controls throughout the project lifecycle.

The Controller will manage core accounting functions, including month-end and period-close activities, financial statement preparation, and analysis to support decision-making. The role will also help ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and documentation standards, coordinate with relevant stakeholders involved in development and construction activities, and maintain reliable financial processes.

Qualified candidates will have experience in accounting and financial reporting, with demonstrated ability to manage close processes and strengthen internal controls. Candidates are expected to be detail-oriented, able to work with cross-functional teams, and skilled at producing clear, accurate financial information that supports ongoing construction and real estate development operations.
