Opportunity Details

The client, a construction services company based in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a new CEO to lead the business through a period of rapid growth and expansion. As a private equity-backed portfolio company, the client is looking to consolidate and grow in a highly fragmented market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing the vision and direction of the company, with a focus on delivering short-term and long-term business results.

The CEO will be accountable for business strategy and planning, as well as operational execution to drive value creation and growth. The client is looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm, along with an MBA from a reputable school. While experience in retail, consumer services, and/or private equity is preferred, it is not required. The successful candidate will need to be hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves to drive the value-creation plan forward.
