The Washington Association for Community Health (WACH) is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in championing its mission and overseeing the implementation of strategic and operational plans approved by the Board of Directors. The CEO will be responsible for managing a talented staff and ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare services to over 1.1 million Washingtonians at more than 350 clinic sites. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of senior leadership experience, a master's degree in Public Health or related field, and a strong background in policy and advocacy.

The CEO will be expected to advocate for community health centers with local, state, and federal legislators, as well as strengthen partnerships with other organizations to support the delivery of health and social services in communities throughout the state. Key selection criteria include experience in association management, legislative and regulatory development, financial management, and personnel recruitment. The salary for this role is anticipated to range from $206,000 to $272,000, and all expressions of interest are confidential.
