Opportunity Details
Our client is a nationally recognized organization that works with justice-involved young adults, providing a comprehensive program that starts behind the walls of correctional facilities and continues with intensive street outreach, workforce development, and social enterprises in the community post-release. Founded in 1999 as a response to gang violence, our client has evolved over the years to offer a wide array of services including educational support, counseling, and policy work. The organization has expanded its social enterprises into three industry areas and opened new program sites in Haverhill and Lawrence, serving over 600 young adults in FY22.
Our client is currently seeking a CEO who is charismatic, inspirational, and community-grounded to lead the organization in advancing its mission to support disconnected young people in transitioning away from violence and poverty towards economic success. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, leading a diverse team, and ensuring that our client's core values of showing love, offering second chances, and embodying passion are upheld. The ideal candidate will focus on centering young adults in all aspects of the organization's work, instilling a sense of community, and promoting principles of equity throughout our client.
