As the firm's Managing Partner, Zeinab manages the strategy for the development of new and existing business. Zeinab works closely with the team overseeing project milestones and client delivery. As the team’s previous Head of Search & Selection, Zeinab plays a key role in managing the relationships between current and potential clients of AIMS Egypt. She is specialized in in the Real Estate, Fintech, Manufacturing, and the Heavy Industry sector.  Zeinab’s passion lies in research having spent several years in a research role resulting in building up a full-time team of researchers knowing it’s the pillar to delivering in Executive Search.Zeinab speaks Arabic and English fluently; she has been with AIMS Egypt since 2010 and is a Partner and Board Member of the AIMS Egypt office, she is also a member of the Global Board serving as Vice President EMEA with a special focus on the Middle East & Africa sub region.
