Will has an extensive track record building and leading business-to-business companies, including professional development and training, team selection, performance measurement and management and organizational structure. William is based in Washington, DC. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE William joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Axiom Law, a leading provider of technology-enabled legal services and legal talent solutions to the F500. Over 10 years at Axiom, he served on the Executive Leadership Team and held a number of roles, including Head of Market Development as the company expanded globally, and as General Manager of multiple offices. Earlier, William was a key leader at The Advisory Board Company and Corporate Executive Board for 17 years, leading marketing and sales as the company grew exponentially and had one of the most successful IPOs of the late 1990s. EDUCATION & AFFILIATION William graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BA in economics and public policy. He is a founding Board Member and past Chairman of JUST TRYAN IT, helping families with children battling pediatric cancer.
