Walter earned a Sociology Degree summa cum laude from the University of Urbino. Prior to entering the Executive Search industry, Walter pursued a financial services career in Italy and abroad. Starting in 1983 as Financial Consultant, Walter was Chief Marketing Officer for the Italian Branch of Prudential of America, Commercial Director for Altinia (Generali Group), and ended his career in the UBS Group, as General Manager in Milan for UBS Italy and, at a later stage, as Managing Director in Moscow, for UBS Russia. Before joining Stanton Chase as Director, Walter has been spending three years with another international Executive Search Firm as Managing Partner. His activity includes all key Business Functional Areas, and as business Practices, Walter covers Financial Services, with special focus on Banking, Private Banking and Wealth Management, Information Technology, and Professionals Services.
