Opportunity Details

The client is looking for a VP of Sales & Merchandising to join their team in NYC. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and merchandising plans to drive revenue growth across multiple fashion brands. They will also be tasked with exceeding annual sales targets, building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the VP will lead a sales team, mentor team members, and ensure a culture of accountability and success.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in apparel sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role, strong communication and influencing skills, expertise in sales forecasting and merchandising strategies, and the ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. The salary for this position is $165,000-$185,000, commensurate with experience, and it is a full-time, in-office role.
