Based in Paris, Vincent Poggi is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Consumer Practice and co-leads the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure Practice. He also works extensively across all consumer sectors including luxury, retail and apparel. Search expertise with hospitality industry foundation Vincent has conducted multiple searches across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States, recruiting senior executives across a variety of functions including general management, sales and marketing. Previously based in London, Vincent worked for another leading executive search firm where he became a senior partner and led the European hospitality and leisure practice. He began his career in the hospitality industry in London, working for several deluxe boutique hotels before joining a recruitment company specialising in the hospitality industry. Vincent graduated from the Hotel Management School of Glion in Switzerland in 1991. He speaks French and English fluently.
