The client is seeking a Vice President of Grant Services to lead and expand their Grant Services Division. This role involves developing and executing a business growth strategy, expanding service offerings, and cultivating strong client relationships. The VP of Grant Services will oversee a team of grant strategists, writers, and project managers to ensure high-quality service delivery, while also managing department structure and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and business growth, operational oversight and team leadership, client engagement and service delivery, as well as financial and performance management. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of leadership experience in nonprofit grant services or fundraising, strong business development and sales acumen, and extensive knowledge of working with foundations and grant processes. They should also have experience with CRM platforms for tracking and forecasting sales, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and expansion.
