The San Diego LGBT Community Center is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to lead the organization in managing accounting practices in a high-growth and complex environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, risk management, and compliance, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, Board, funders, program leaders, and external partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in meeting the current needs and responding to the emerging needs of San Diego's LGBTQ+ community.

The Vice President of Accounting position offers a competitive salary starting at $160,000, with the potential to reach up to $175,000 based on experience and impact.
