Our client is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead the institution in building upon recent increases in new enrollment. The successful candidate will report directly to the University's President, Dr. Mike Godard, and work closely with various academic and administrative leaders to develop and implement strategic enrollment initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and enrollment marketing, as well as managing a team of over 50 professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field, along with ten years of experience in enrollment management and marketing in higher education. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively across university divisions, and experience with enrollment management databases and communication software are essential qualifications. The Vice President for Enrollment Management will play a key role in advancing the institution's image among key constituents and re-envisioning the organization and functions of the Enrollment Management division to achieve enrollment goals and enhance brand awareness.
