Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for opening and integrating new locations, as well as ensuring operational excellence across all sites. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in consumer, retail, or hospitality industries, with at least two years of management consulting experience.
The Vice President of Operations will play a key role in scaling the business and will be instrumental in developing a playbook for new location openings. They will work closely with the CEO to drive operational efficiency and excellence throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer, retail, or hospitality industries, along with experience in management consulting from a top firm.
