The client is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Administration to join their team. The client is a national nonprofit organization focused on creating equitable learning environments for underserved students and teachers. The VP will be responsible for overseeing the Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources teams, as well as ensuring strong fiscal management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of financial management experience and 5 years of senior leadership experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The VP will play a key role in developing and implementing overall financial strategy for the organization, as well as managing audit, compliance, security, and personnel management disciplines. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to ensuring all students have the tools they need to succeed in school. This is an executive-level position with a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 plus benefits and bonus plan eligibility.
