Opportunity Details

The client is seeking a Vice President of Care Delivery to lead a department focused on providing resources and support to oncologists in order to achieve the best possible cancer care outcomes for patients. The ideal candidate will have a background in oncology clinical leadership, practice management, and quality improvement, with a strong understanding of value-based oncology care and payment systems. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President, the Vice President of Care Delivery will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the client's mission and vision both internally and externally.
The Vice President of Care Delivery will be responsible for overseeing practice support, cancer care delivery, quality of care tools, and programs that help clinicians adapt to a rapidly changing practice environment. They will also lead efforts in oncology clinical care quality standards, practice quality measurement, and practice health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent, with over ten years of clinical experience and over fifteen years of supervisory experience. Experience in oncology practice management, business operations, and advocacy is essential for this role.
