Varun Chauhan is a Senior Researcher with Odgers Berndtson, based in New Delhi. He is a member of the firm’s Technology and Consumer & Retail practice with a special focus on senior-level mandates. Varun has over eight years of work experience out of which six years have been in the executive search space. Most recently, Varun worked with a leading Indian executive search firm where he worked as a Consultant, responsible for end-to-end delivery of leadership search mandates across sectors. Prior to that, Varun worked as a Research Associate in the Consumer Markets practice for over two years with a global executive search firm. As part of this role, he provided research support to worldwide offices and worked across multiple sectors such as Consumer, Leadership Consulting, Industrial and Education. Varun began his career in 2014 with an American multinational company that focused on search engine technology. Varun comes with a deep understanding and experience in the Industrial, and Consumer sectors, having completed critical leadership mandates for clients. Varun holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
