Uliana’s area of expertise in conducting search assignments includes IT, Telecommunications, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Retail, and B2B sectors. In terms of functional expertise, Uliana has experience in delivering searches for general management, sales, marketing, finance, technical, operations, supply chain, and legal roles. She has successful experience in conducting search assignments and external talent mapping projects in Ukraine, as well as in conducting multi-country searches and attracting senior talent to Ukraine. Additionally, she is also a certified assessor with experience in designing and conducting Assessment & Development Centres for leadership teams, talent pools/HiPos, and 360 feedback projects. For 8 years, she was developing her professional career at international recruitment and talent management company, Hudson. Prior to joining EMA Partners, she set up her own consulting firm, specialising in recruitment, assessment and development of executives and leaders. Uliana holds a Master’s and a PhD degree in psychology and is a certified assessor from the Hudson Research & Development Center, Belgium, besides being a certified coach from Erickson International.
