The responsibilities of the Fundraising Trustee include collaborating with the General Manager to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the client's mission and financial goals. The trustee will actively participate in board meetings, provide strategic insights on fundraising initiatives, and serve on sub-committees to drive fundraising efforts. They will also be responsible for identifying new fundraising opportunities, diversifying income streams, and ensuring long-term financial stability for the charity.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fundraising strategies, strong networking skills, and the ability to contribute to strategic planning. They should also have a commitment to the mission and vision of the charity and be familiar with governance responsibilities and legal requirements related to fundraising. Board meetings are held four to six times a year, with sub-committee meetings also taking place regularly.
