Thomas Bo partners with his clients in the Industrial and Service sectors to identify and develop top level executives. Based in Copenhagen, he brings almost 15 years of experience in leadership advisory, C-level strategy, financial transformation, and business development for clients. Thomas Bo advises clients on executive recruitment, change management, outsourcing, and pre-deals as well as post-merger integration. Previously, Thomas Bo was a (Copenhagen-based) consultant with another global executive search firm, where he focused on identifying and developing C-suite executives for the Industrial and Service segments. Before that, he was a manager with Deloitte Denmark, serving as the firm’s Finance Operations lead. In this role, he advised clients on finance target operating model and outsourcing programmes. He started his career at DFDS, a Danish international shipping company, where he engaged the executive committee on financial and commercial excellence, digital transformation, and growth initiatives. Thomas Bo holds an MSc in International Business and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School and an MA in International Business Studies also from Copenhagen Business School.
