Theresa Hannah excels at complex technical leadership assignments in engineering consulting, manufacturing and construction, and at finding right-fit candidates for senior finance, marketing and product roles across a variety of industries including advertising/creative, technology, retail, insurance, consumer products and real estate. She builds an instant rapport with candidates, has an innate understanding of fit inside of our clients’ entrepreneurial private-sector environments, and helps further the firm’s human capital advisory practice by co-leading organizational culture and leadership assessments, as well as market mapping assignments. She is able to serve our clients in both French and English. In addition to her duties as principal, Theresa is also the firm’s manager of operations and plays an important role as a coach to the research team. Originally from Edmonton and with a master’s degree in conservation biology from the University of Alberta, Theresa is also a seasoned world traveller who has been to the four corners of the globe – with family in tow. She is an ornithologist (e.g. a bird biologist) and has a passion for photography.
