LifeSecure Insurance Company is seeking a motivated individual to promote and sell ancillary products within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving significant year-over-year growth in sales, fostering relationships with agents and brokers, and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. This role requires strong account management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets. The individual must have at least 5 years of insurance sales experience, preferably with ancillary, life, health, or long-term care products, and must hold a valid Health/Life License in their state of residency.

The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service, support, and operational compliance. They will attend trade shows, conduct webinars, and utilize technology for sales purposes. The individual must reside within a 50-mile radius of the assigned territory, have access to reliable transportation, and be willing to travel within the region up to 3 weeks per month.
