For the past 20 years, I have been advising global companies on communications and marketing strategies. As a Borderless Leadership Advisor, I help corporate leadership teams define and execute strategic communication plans for organizational change programs. Specific tactics span crafting the “change story” and mapping stakeholder messages, to developing presentations, videos, events and more. In recent years I have also supported Borderless in its own Marketing and Communications initiatives, and the development of Borderless Researchsm, online community management, web design and development, PR and events. Born and raised in Washington, DC, I have lived in Belgium since 2000, and in 2017 became officially a dual US-Belgian citizen.
