Tanja Ivkovic is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the global Healthcare and Life Sciences and Consumer Markets practices.She works with a wide range of clients across the Middle East and North Africa region on C-suite and executive level talent acquisition across a variety of healthcare and life sciences disciplines including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics, healthcare services, consumer health, and biotechnology. Additionally, she focuses on leadership work in consumer-facing industries with a particular focus on hospitality and leisure. Experience Tanja has advised a range of clients on their talent needs including multinationals, regional conglomerates and startups, from privately held to publicly listed, as well as private equity and venture capital backed businesses. Tanja’s experience in talent acquisition spans a range of executive level assignments with local, international, and global reach. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tanja worked for a government entity and a leading multinational based in Dubai. She relocated to the region from Australia in 2006.
