The Director, Talent & Performance Management will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within our client's financial services organization. This includes overseeing performance management processes, talent development programs, and initiatives to promote staff engagement and diversity and inclusion. The role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
The Director will also be tasked with identifying key talent gaps and implementing solutions to address them, as well as monitoring and analyzing talent metrics to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the role will involve working closely with HR partners to ensure that talent management practices are aligned with best practices and legal requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in talent management, performance management, and organizational development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage and develop talent within the organization.
