Suzanne is a Senior Researcher with Odgers Berndtson’s Brisbane office, where she supports the higher education, health and public sector teams with research projects, mapping and search mandates across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Suzanne spent nearly 15 years in management roles in the higher education sector leading and managing teams and operations across multiple sites. During her career, she has worked closely with clinical and translational scientists, ensuring the academic pursuits of the Faculty of Medicine are optimal. Suzanne has a working knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing both the higher education and health sectors and has expertise across recruitment, performance and change management processes in the public sector environment. Suzanne has a Diploma of Management through the University of Queensland and is qualified in conflict resolution.
