McKinney is president and Leader of the Consumer Goods & Industrial Practices, covering the full spectrum of Automotive, Chemicals, Electrical, Engineering, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation sectors. He also devotes a portion of his time coaching in the Leadership Consulting Practice. Steven has over 25 years of experience in Korea and the Asia Pacific Region, in local and global roles in Industrial, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods sectors. He has over 15 of those years in the executive search industry with the identification and development of leadership teams. He is also well connected in business circles as he serves on a board with the five largest business organizations and government leaders; Co-Founder of the Korea Business Alliance (KBLA) as well as Senior Advisor to AmCham Korea. He received the distinction of Honorary Citizen of Seoul in 2007 by Mayor Oh, Se-Hoon. He also spent 13 years in global Athletic companies in based in the USA and Korea. He traveled globally as Head of Footwear Product Development Globally for Adidas, Reebok R & D Director and Production Manager roles in Korea, and Director of Action Sports for Converse. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from Mars Hill College, North Carolina, further MBA studies from the University of Washington and is a Certified Master Coach and a member of the International Coaching Council.
