Stephan Lemm is a Partner at Stanton Chase Stuttgart. He started his professional career in the media and entertainment industry. He worked there for 15 years in various positions in controlling, marketing, and management. He then took on the role of Managing Director of a French cosmetics company. During this time, he successfully managed the turnaround and established a new, vibrant culture based on a stable organization. This gave him the idea of founding his own consulting firm and focusing on digital transformation, organizational redesign, change management, and transformational leadership. His industry focus included FMCG, retail and eCommerce, beauty, fashion, and sports. Stephan also brings 10 years of experience in interim management. He knows all facets of interim management, having worked as an interim manager himself, as well as having hired interim managers and, of course, having successfully brought interim managers and clients together. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, cooking together, or traveling to discover new places. He is a keen skier and loves to go on ski tours in the Alps. He is fluent in German, English, and French.
