He has worked in senior roles at organisations like ASB, where he was General Manager Human Resources and General Manager Learning & Development and has experience as a National Business Development Manager in the software industry. In the last seven years, he has worked as a consultant at all levels from the Board down, enabling businesses to improve their performance and address their key people needs.
