As a leadership adviser, he serves family-owned, promoter-driven, private and public companies on succession planning for CEO, CXOs, and Independent Director positions and hiring the right talent. He also advises clients on board effectiveness, CEO development, and top team effectiveness. His expertise is in working with companies that require leadership changes while going through radical transformation and targeting high growth. Sripad is also a Leadership and Personal Transformation Coach with a foundation and experience in ontological coaching, adult development, GLP/action inquiry and adaptive leadership. He is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School, a member of the Newfield Network, and a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School.
