With over a decade of experience at the most senior levels of executive search, Siân advises leaders on Board andExecutive Committee appointments, as well as a broad range of functional roles across major private, public,andnon-profit organisations. A key member of the BoardPractice, she also has expertise in conducting BoardEffectiveness Reviews. Since joining Saxton Bampfylde in 2018, Siân has built her career at the firm, beginning as part of the consulting team before spending a year as Chief of Staff to the ExecutiveChair. She brought with her experience from a global search firm, where she was a member of the CEO & BoardPractice in London, specialising in main BoardandExecutiveappointments across consumer andretail, industry, technology, and financial services. She holds an MA (Hons) in History of Art from the University of St Andrews.
