Siân joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2018 as part of the consulting team, bringing experience from Heidrick & Struggles, where she was a member of the CEO & Board Practice in the London office. In this role, she specialised in main Board and Executive appointments across a range of sectors, including consumer & retail, industry, technology, and financial services. Since joining Saxton Bampfylde, she has spent a year as Chief of Staff to the Executive Chair and now advises leaders on appointing Board and Executive Committee members, as well as a broad range of functional appointments across major private, public, and non-profit organisations. A key member of the Board Practice, Siân also has expertise in conducting Board Effectiveness Reviews. She holds an MA (Hons) in History of Art from the University of St Andrews.
