In her last role at Korn Ferry India, Shweta led the Professional Search business for Global Life Sciences Markets and played a key role in partnering with clients on a wide range of roles across Commercial, Enabling Functions, and specialized areas such as R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Manufacturing. Previously, she worked with DSM-Firmenich (formerly Royal DSM) as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where she led the APAC talent acquisition strategy and leadership hiring for the region.
