Shay supports the delivery of senior executive and board appointments across a range of industries. He plays an active role in candidate sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the firm’s partners are equipped with the insights to make informed leadership decisions. Shay brings a developing expertise in executive search, having previously supported high-impact appointments across the mining, energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors. His earlier experience at leading search firms in NSW & WA have sharpened his ability to identify and engage top-tier talent in competitive markets. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, where he completed a double major in Psychology. He is also currently undertaking his Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology in pursuit of a long-term career specialising in organisational psychology and leadership assessment.
