Sharon has made a key contribution to the successful completion of a number of assignments across a wide array of industries and functions. Her role centres around thoroughly researching and market mapping for a wide variety of senior-level, C Suite and Non-Executive Director roles, establishing initial contact with and interviewing relevant candidates, selecting top candidates to progress in the process, interacting with clients and managing the search process in conjunction with the leading consultant. Sharon is a graduate of University College Cork where she was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, coming first place in her cohort. She has also completed a Master’s Degree in Business & Management from Trinity College Dublin. She recently attained a CIPD accredited Certificate in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
