The ideal candidate will be a hands-on change agent who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and overseeing all production activities for a specified business unit, with a focus on maximizing resources and meeting production specifications, schedule, volume, and quality standards. The successful candidate will develop and implement manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital resources, and analyze production records to identify and solve problems.
