Key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Director of Development Strategy and Operations include leading the creation of a 4-year strategic plan and annual operating plan, defining key success metrics for fundraising activities, and overseeing benchmarking activities. The role also involves collaborating with senior development leaders to identify new opportunities for revenue generation, leveraging institutional data and advanced analytics to identify and engage new prospects, and ensuring transparent reporting on fundraising performance. Additionally, the position will involve working closely with the CDO to create and manage the Development Office budget, leading the monthly tracking and reporting of the department's financial status.
