Sarah Galloway is passionate about helping clients develop their leadership talent to achieve their strategic agenda and to have a positive impact on the world. Based in London, Sarah co-leads the global Sustainability Sector for Russell Reynolds Associates. She works with clients across all manufacturing sectors, working with quoted, private and private equity-backed firms. She advises clients on challenging leadership issues at both the executive and board level, conducting succession plans and leadership assessment and development. Sarah joined Russell Reynolds more than 14 years ago after spending seven years at Bain & Co., where she provided strategic consulting advice. Prior to that, she was manufacturing manager for Helvar where she was responsible for lighting control operations in the UK. She began her career with Eurotherm, now part of Schneider Electric. Sarah received her MA and MEng in manufacturing engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge, and her MBA from INSEAD. Sarah is an accredited Hogan practitioner.
