linkedin.svg Sara Vermeir conducts international executive searches for multinational institutions and organizations as the lead of the global development practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in Brussels, Sara works with IFIs, major NGOs, universities and impact organizations at the intersection of public-private partnerships. She also works with consumer companies that bridge industry and civil assignment, completing assignments in FMCG and retail across Europe. Sara spent six years at Incofin Investment Management before joining Russell Reynolds where she most recently served as director of business development. Earlier in her career, Sara was a private equity manager on Incofin’s investment team, in charge of analyzing and negotiating private equity transactions in Asia. Before that, Sara spent four years at Bain & Company both in Europe and the United States, advising clients on strategic initiatives and supporting several large due diligence exercises. “When being optimistic, collaborative, and innovative, we can solve the world’s biggest problems - together.” Sara has an MSc degree in civil engineering from the University of Ghent. She is fluent in Dutch, English and French and is conversational in Spanish.
