Rose Mistri Somers advises on a range of C-suite and Board appointments across the biotech, pharma and med-tech sectors in roles spanning emerging growth biotech to large cap pharma and life sciences. Based in New York and Boston, Rose works with a broad spectrum of clients, regularly engaging multinational Fortune 500 organizations, as well as smaller private equity or venture capital-backed companies. Rose is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ financial officers practice. Before joining our firm, Rose was the chief of staff for Serco AMEAA, one of four global divisions of Serco Group, an $8 billion FTSE-listed company. In this role, Rose helped deliver the operational and financial goals of the region, covering Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia. Prior to Serco, Rose spent several years in the advisory practice of Ernst & Young, in both the London and Sydney offices. There she was a core member of the capital transformation group within transactions advisory services. Rose received a Bachelor of Co​mmerce from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
