Roberto Polito is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services. Based in Rome, he has a wealth of experience in assessment, culture and mentoring programs. He has managed a variety of consulting and talent empowerment assignments across several industries and regions. Roberto mainly specializes in advising boards on effective CEO succession planning. Human resources and advisory expertise Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Roberto spent 10 years as a senior consultant at an HR consulting firm, where he managed executive search and assessment assignments, talent management projects and training programs through methodologies such as theatre, figurative arts, music and outdoor training. Roberto previously served as a lieutenant within the Carabinieri Corps. Roberto received his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Bari and has a master’s degree in HR management. He speaks fluent English and some Spanish in addition to his native language, Italian.
