Richard brings extensive experience in HR and recruitment, particularly within global companies, organizations, and government departments. His background includes roles at SEB, Ericsson, Dell, the International Red Cross, the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and most recently Skanska, where he focused on leadership and specialist recruitment for large-scale projects. He has worked across multiple industries, both as an employee and a consultant, and has also gained Executive Search experience through firms such as Korn Ferry International. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Stockholm University and is certified in several personality assessment tools, including MAP, Matrigma, Talent-Q, and Predictive Index. In addition to his Executive Search assignments, Richard is available for advanced HR engagements directly with clients – such as recruitment projects, leadership development, and organizational support.
