Richard works in the Technology practice at Sheffield Haworth delivering Executive Director plus level hires within Financial Services. These include Heads of Technology, Heads of Business Units, CIO, CTO and other C-Suite equivalent technology executives with both buy and sell-side institutions. He joined Sheffield Haworth in 2017 through the acquisition of nbi Human Capital which became the group’s global Business & Professional Services sector practice. With nbi, Richard executed mandates within Technology and Management Consulting from Partner level hires through to accelerated practice builds. Prior to joining nbi he was part of the Finance & Banking team for a global PLC recruitment consultancy where he specialised in Technology and Operations. He began his career in Executive Search after graduating with a BSc in Sports Science from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham.
