Rhian is a Consultant in Eric Salmon & Partners’ Life Sciences Practice. Her search work is focused on advising senior leaders and non-executive boards in healthcare services, life sciences, consumer health, special education and private equity. Functionally, she has supported clients on both commercial and clinical leadership roles. Rhian has over twenty-five years’ experience in healthcare executive search having developed her credentials with both large global search firms, including Korn/Ferry, and global boutiques serving a different client base. In addition, she spent two years client-side helping establish First Bridge Centre, a privately funded interdisciplinary clinic for young children with global developmental delay, serving as their Head of Partnerships. Earlier in her career she worked within the NHS, private hospitals and care homes. Based out of the London office, Rhian has extensive experience of partnering with clients across EMEA and spent time living and working in the US. Rhian earned a bachelor’s degree in French & Sociology from Oxford Brookes University and is a certified practitioner of The Predictive Index©.
