Based in Amsterdam, René currently serves as the Dutch Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates. He advises boards of Dutch and international corporations on their composition, evaluation, and succession strategies. René also conducts executive search and advisory assignments in the financial services and industrial sectors. Over the last 25 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, René has worked on numerous executive search and assessment projects, including ones following merger and acquisition transactions and nationalization. René is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Providence Capital. And before joining us, René worked in M&A and Investment Management at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam and London for more than 10 years. René received his MSc in Economics and Law from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He speaks Dutch, English, German, and French.
